Return & Exchange Policy
At Wild Wolf, we want every customer — and every dog — to have a great experience with our products. If something is not right with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us about a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Products must be in their original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@wildwolfbullysticks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Whenever possible, we prefer to help with an exchange so you and your pup can still enjoy something from Wild Wolf. If an exchange is not the best solution, we’ll work with you on the next best option.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away at info@wildwolfbullysticks.com so we can help make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box if applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are dog chews and treats, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, partially consumed, or improperly stored products.
We also cannot accept returns on gift cards, final sale items, clearance items, or custom/special-order products.
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Our goal is always to help create the best possible experience for you and your dog.
Exchanges
We’re happy to help with exchanges whenever possible. If the product you ordered is not the right fit for your dog, contact us and we’ll help you find a better option.
If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Once the original item is received and inspected, we’ll help get the replacement item sent out.
If you received the wrong product or there was an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
